Learn to attract or deter native wildlife species from your backyard habitat using native plants and landscape design components. See how native plants can save you money while bringing you hours of entertainment watching the critters they attract. Participants learn what native Texas water-saving plants are good to put in their gardens, what wildlife they benefit, what plants you can use to deter unwanted wildlife, and how to save money doing it. Class will take place indoors in a classroom setting followed by a walk through our native gardens.
